Description[]
A questionable woman often spotted on the island. She is a skilled fighter so be well prepared before engaging in combat against her. According to memos available in the Research Background, Doctor Wickeline (Dr. W) was a test subject in the "first phase test" who has become hysterical, and has an extraordinary memory. She has since become part of the staff on the island.

Spawn Information[]
- Dr.Wickeline will spawn in the map after 540 secs (9 minutes) into the game.
- Dr.Wickeline will not respawn after being killed.
Seoul (Team Match Mode)[]
Dr. Wickeline spawns at the start of the fifth round (6 minutes 30 seconds after the start of the game), in any of the open areas. Animals do not respawn in Team Match mode. If still alive at the start of the next round, Dr. Wickeline will change areas, and will continue this process for each new round until killed.
Dr. Wickeline gains additional skills that activate after dropping to certain health thresholds:
- Upon reaching 70% of its health: Attacks all survivors in the current area for 50 damage, and inflicts ‘Poisoned’ debuff with 7 stacks.
- Poisoned : Character’s armor reduced by 2% (12 secs duration time, maximum 7 stacks)
- Upon reaching 30% of its health: Attacks all survivors in the current area for 50 damage, and inflicts ‘Deadly Poison’ debuff.
- Deadly Poison: Take 10% of Max HP as dmg for every action (for 6s)
